Whether you are a first-time horse buyer or a seasoned
equestrian, please read our stated business policies and practices when selling
horses.

FARM POLICIES

This facility is not a rescue or humane society.
-
ALL horses are wormed on a rotating schedule every sixty
days in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
The wormer is purchased from Jeffers Equine Supply.

The trimming and shoeing needs of the horses are seen to by
Phillip MacDonald, a
professional farrier certified by the BWFA (http://www.bwfa.net/).
-
The medical and health needs of the horses are seen to by
licensed veterinarian Dr. Jennifer Smallwood.
-
Pre-purchase examinations are done by Woodford Equine
Hospital (http://www.woodfordequine.com/).
-
Aside from horses on specific diets, ALL horses are given
unlimited access to hay and water. Grain is fed to horses depending on
their specific needs.
SALES POLICIES
-
All listed sales horses are considered for sale until a deposit or
payment
is received.
-
Buyers have thirty (30) days from the time of
purchase to return the horse on trade only.
-
This "Thirty Day Trade-Back
Guarantee" can be repeated as many times as necessary to find buyer the
"right horse" for them.

NO REFUNDS
-
Horses may be traded for another horse of the same or
lesser value with no money exchanged. Horses priced higher will
require additional money down in order to trade for that particular
horse.

Horses sold on consignment do not apply to "Thirty Day
Trade-Back Guarantee."

NO REFUNDS.

We welcome and encourage everyone looking to purchase a horse
to have the horse evaluated by a veterinarian or other professional.

Horses will not be held without a paid deposit:
-
A deposit is 10% of the horse's purchase price, minimum
of $100. The deposit amount IS counted toward the final purchase
price.

A deposit is non-refundable.
-
A deposit holds a horse for 14 calendar days
from the time the payment is received.

Horses are selected for their temperament, conformation,
soundness, and overall quality. Unless otherwise stated, all horses are considered sound and
healthy with no vices or behavioral issues.
TRADE POLICIES
We will always consider a partial
trade. If you have a horse or pony (or anything else for that matter) that
you have to sell before you can purchase another horse, please let us know what
you have. It never hurts to ask. We will do our best to make you a
fair trade. Please remember we will not trade a beginner-safe horse or
pony for a green or untrained horse or pony...no matter how beautiful it is.

CONSIGNMENT POLICIES
We do on occasion, sell horses for other people. If you
have purchased a horse from us, and are now looking to sell it, please contact
us. If you have a horse that may fit the criteria of horses we offer for

DONATION POLICIES
