STONE CREST FARM offers horse-back riding lessons and instruction for aspiring equestrians of all ages.

Registration for lessons is now open.  Please contact us to sign up for our riding lessons.  Our spring lesson schedule will begin Monday, March 14th, 2011.

  Riding lessons are taught by myself, Jessica Lewis.

I have over ten years of experience teaching horsemanship and riding lessons.  I teach Huntseat, Western, and Gaited riding. 

I don't want to just teach you how to ride, I want to create horse-people.  I can teach the basics of horsemanship to students as young as four years old.  Short, private lessons are recommended for the youngest of students in order to keep their attention focused.

I strive to keep the lessons fun as well as informative.  I offer private lessons as well as group lessons.  In order to give as much attention as possible to each student, the group lessons are no larger than four students.

Once the students have mastered enough skills in the arena, they are able to show off their skills at various horse shows.  We will regularly attend horse shows at Lakeside Arena and other local Hunter/Jumper shows, as well as local fun shows, and the Franklin County Fair.
